Meet Our Founder

 

At my core, I’m a business nerd. I’ve always been fascinated by how companies operate—how they make money, what makes them tick, and why some thrive while others struggle. Maybe it’s because I read over 500 case studies in business school, but it helped me to recognize patterns. The companies that failed almost always had misalignment—between people, processes, and technology. The ones that succeeded had systems that worked together seamlessly.

I earned both my BSBA and MBA in Business Management and Marketing from Babson College in Wellesley, MA. From there, I worked at TripAdvisor, where I helped hotels optimize their presence on one of the most influential travel platforms in the world. Later, I joined HubSpot, where I quickly became a top-performing sales rep, earning President’s Club and Business Club honors. But my real value wasn’t just selling—I understood how businesses actually used HubSpot and where they struggled to connect the dots between marketing, sales, and operations.

After spending 4.5 years at HubSpot I finally realized that what I enjoyed most wasn’t the sales or training other partners. It was the conversations I had after the deal was closed—talking directly with customers, helping them figure out how HubSpot could actually solve their business challenges.

I saw firsthand that buying software wasn’t the hard part—getting real value from it was. Many companies struggled with disorganized CRMs, inconsistent processes, and poor adoption, leaving them frustrated and missing out on the full power of HubSpot. I knew I could help.

So in August 2022, I left HubSpot to focus entirely on helping businesses implement and optimize HubSpot, ensuring they not only adopted the platform but also saw measurable ROI from it. That’s why I founded Zestey Growth Partners—to bridge the gap between purchasing software and actually using it to drive growth.
