TL;DR: With the exception of our training packages which start around $2k, our minimum budget for onboarding or project work is typically $5k. We're not the cheapest partner around, but we have deep HubSpot expertise and a knack for solving for the most complex use-cases.

- Timeline: Typically a 3-6 month engagement
- Investment: Starts at $30K+, depending on company size, complexity, and scope
🔹 HubSpot Onboarding & Optimization
- Pro Onboarding: Ranges from $5K–$20K
- Enterprise Onboarding: Starts at $7.5K and can go up to $30K+
- Timeline: Typically 30-60 days
- Pricing factors include data migration needs, level of customization, team size, and integration complexity
🔹 Retainers (Ongoing Optimization & Support)
